Service Details

When called upon, it must deliver - every time.
Defibrillators must deliver precise energy levels within milliseconds of activation. Energy drift, synchronisation failure, or paddle resistance errors can make the difference between successful resuscitation and failure. Our calibration ensures peak performance against IEC limits.

What We Test

Electrical and performance checks

Delivered Energy

Testing energy delivery accuracy at all selected joules (±15%).

Charge Time Limits

Charge time to maximum energy (IEC limit: ≤15 seconds).

Synchronisation

Cardioversion synchronisation accuracy (delay ≤30ms).

Waveform & Resistance

Internal resistance, discharge waveform, and paddle impedance.

Why It Matters

Audit-Ready Documentation

A NABH assessor will ask: "When did you last test your defibrillator's delivered energy?" A "Daily checklist" is not calibration. Our certificate shows the actual delivered energy (in Joules) vs. selected energy, with pass/fail against IEC limits - the answer that closes the audit finding.
